SOURCE TUBE PREAMP FRONT FACE
1 – Hi-Z Instrument Input | Asymetric 6,35mm jack | Neutrik connector

4 – Bargraph 4-leds level indicator | Optimal level with two lighted green leds. The red one is not an absolute limit. Due to the circuitry tolerance, you can push-up the level to the desired dynamics.
5 – Gain potentiometer with the scales (Hi-Z: 13dB to 40dB | Microphones: 33dB to 60dB.) This gain does not affect the line level.
6 – Power led indicator.
7 – Filter 3-pos switch | NC-50Hz-100Hz | Does not affect the Line Input.
8 – Phantom +48V power for condenser microphones.
9 – Pad -20dB switch | Works as an attenuator | Does not affect the Line Input.

SOUND & ELECTRONICS
The Source Tube Preamp is a state-of-the-art piece of engineering. It’s original electronic topography, with a push-pull tube mu-amplifier and output symmetry optimization. The choice of the highest quality components has been made without any compromise and the compacity of the printed circuit boards reduces the audio path to ensure the best treatment. The main principle of the Source Tube Preamp is to adquire all the audio sources with the largest bandwith thanks to dedicated very high-end opamps, to achieve the more accurate precision. Subsequently, the output stage with a Lundahl transformer (a “sur-mesure” model for the Source Tube preamp) and the Subtle Vintage Sound ( aka SVS – genuine Source Tube Preamp function to generate harmonics) brings an ultra musical touch. We are not talking about color or tone, we are talking about presence and musicality.
